By accessing opalguides.com or purchasing any product from OpalGuides, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use our site or purchase our products.

2. Digital Products

OpalGuides sells digital information products (PDF ebooks and guides). Upon completing your purchase:

• You will receive an email with a secure download link within minutes of your purchase.
• Download links expire after 7 days. Contact support if you need a new link.
• You are granted a personal, non-transferable license to use the product for your own use.
• Products may not be resold, redistributed, shared publicly, or used to create derivative works for commercial purposes.

3. Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds except in the following circumstances:

• You did not receive your download link within 24 hours of purchase (technical failure).
• The product file is corrupt or unreadable and we are unable to provide a working replacement.

To request a refund under these circumstances, email hello@opalguides.com within 7 days of purchase with your order confirmation details.

4. Intellectual Property

All content on opalguides.com and within our products — including text, images, design, and layout — is owned by OpalGuides and protected by copyright law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

Our products are provided for informational and educational purposes only. OpalGuides makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding:

• The completeness, accuracy, or reliability of the content.
• Results or outcomes from applying the information in our products.
• Fitness of the products for any particular purpose.

Results vary based on individual effort, experience, and circumstances. No income guarantees are made or implied.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, OpalGuides shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our products or website. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product in question.

7. Payment

Payments are processed securely by Stripe. By making a purchase, you agree to Stripe's terms of service. All prices are in US dollars. OpalGuides does not store your payment card details.

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of our products shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in the courts of the applicable jurisdiction.
